Dr. Moshe Benshaul

Dr. Moshe Benshaul founded the Ilex Group in 1984 and has been instrumental in its growth and transformation. As the former CEO and current Chairman, he has successfully guided the group from its origins as a diagnostic supplier to the Israeli laboratory market into a leading multinational business group.

Before establishing Ilex, Dr. Benshaul served as the Group Country Manager for Instrumentation Laboratory (IL), a biomedical company headquartered in Lexington, Massachusetts, USA.

From 1970 to 1976, he was the Managing Director of the Israeli subsidiary of Varian Associates. In this role, he oversaw the development of scientific instrumentation, medical and industrial linear accelerators, and large-scale information systems.
