Tal Heldi

Bringing 20 years of legal experience, Tal currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Ilex Medical Group, a role he has held since 2022. He possesses extensive expertise across various aspects of commercial law.

Before joining Ilex, Tal was Legal Counsel at Orian Group, a publicly listed services company, and a partner and attorney at Goldfarb Seligman & Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms, where he specialized in corporate and securities law.

Tal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Bar-Ilan University (Israel) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the College of Management Academic Studies (Israel).
